let me say, there is a big difference on how people to business in kingsport it is either a pain to get good customer service, or they have no clue what they are doing. this is NOT the case with this liberty tax office, kirk who is the owner is a fantastic person to deal with and knows taxes very well, i will say i will never deal with anyone else to do my taxes as his office is top notch, so if you want the best bang for your buck come tax day try kirk first you will be glad you did
