I don't take my vehicle anywhere else. Richard and his guys will always take good care of you. They always tell the truth, so what they tell you is exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. They won't unnecessarily try to upsell things that don't need to be done.
Went by this place to see about getting an alignment and to have them check something. I had a noise coming from my passenger rear wheel. Doing research I assumed it was a wheel bearing based on symptoms, however just wanted to make sure it wasn't my brakes. He came back to me afterwards and stated I had over $1000 worth of work I needed done to my car, and that it was not safe to drive. I was a bit skeptical, so drove my car a mile back to my house and started doing some research. Read his reviews that were less than stellar. I identified the problem, ordered the part online for $30.00 took it to another mechanic whom quoted me a fair price to install it. Problem was eliminated. Gave me a list of some things I should look at, but that my car is in great running condition - it's a Subaru :). I rarely leave reviews, especially bad ones however if it keeps someone from being taken advantage of so be it. Nothing personal, but if I had $1000 to fork out on repairs I would just go get another Subaru.
Always a great experience. Richard loves to take care of people and he really knows how. I would not deal with any other shop.
Have considered richard to be the most trust worthy and helpful mechanics for years. A great family run business. We consider them friends and appreciate there helpful and courteous work and highly endorse them here at the koa. They are a christian family with christian values that extends into their business.
Never use this Place never again prices goes up every time you visit ,300% I was a true customer then they wouldnt tell me a charge upfront thought it eould be the same as last but it wasnt just very Bad Busines so lost me and other customers need 2 know not 2 use them
