I ordered a medium 'Works' pizza & an 8 piece Honey Chipotle Wings, and Devan, the employee who was taking my order said that he had a coupon and that I could get 2 large Works pizza cheaper. Of course I agreed. Devan then repeated my order back to me, and I thanked him. Delivery arrives, one pizza short, employee says we have to call store. We trying calling store from home phone. No one answers! This is around 5:20 p.m. Then we call from cell phone & they answer second ring. I explain situation, employee says he has to get manager. 5 minutes later, manager gets on phone, I explain situation again. Very rudely he says, 'Devan said he never mentioned multiple pizzas with you.' I stated that he had & said he had the coupon, & we invited someone over to help eat the other pizza. The manager says, 'The orders are punched directly in, so,you must be talking about the buy one get one free deal. I would have to charge you regular price for the large pizza you received to get that deal.' I said 'No, that's not what I'm talking about. He suggested that with the coupon he had, 2 would be cheaper.' Again, the manager says No. I then say, 'Ok, thank you.' I start to hang up, already over this hassle, when the manager says rudely, 'Ok, thank you, what?' I said, 'Thank you for nothing, I'll just contact Corporate.' He said 'Fine', and hung up. Guess what..SATISFACTION GUARANTEED?? NOT FROM THIS LOCATION! Go somewhere else, anywhere else, unless you enjoy rudeness, and an 'Our Employees are never wrong' attitude. What ever happened to good customer service? This was the 3rd time this location has messed up my order, but, they were never rude before! No excuse for it!!! Owner really needs to hold a Customer Service class with these employees. Beyond dissatisfied!!
The food is good and they are quick and efficient, even during busy times. I've only had delivery a few times but they were good experiences.
My family hasn't ate at Papa John's in awhile as we had decided we didn't like it. But I got a gift card and used it at this location. Our minds have been changed. The pizza and cheese sticks were really great. They had it ready really quick even though they were busy. All around good job!!
They actually hand toss the pizza dough! Very good service
Very rude and condescending about ordering. This has to be the worst papa johns in the country and I have had their pizza in many states. Staff is rude and hours are crazy. If there was another place to get delivery in this town they would be out of business.
