Cowan systems is a pretty good company to work for. I worked for Harris Trucking for a long time and then we were bought out by Cowan systems. They are still in the beginning phases of bringing the two companies together and with that there are always problems here and there that have to be worked out but overall they're doing an excellent job of bringing the two companies together. I was a local driver for them and I have to say they were very flexible when you needed time for your family and they will pay you for just about any work you perform. The Kingsport terminal manager, Sandi, is very good to work with. She really cares for the people that work with her. If you're looking for a truck driving job and you have at least one year experience then this is a pretty good place to work.
