Our local Arby's has friendly people and they tried to serve everybody as soon as possible. It's always clean and has close parking.
But NO WORKER THAT WAS MAKING FOOD HAD A HAIR NET
Long story short I got a cpl sandwiches, loaded fries & curly fries (over $20)
So we stop back by Arby's I walk in and no customers at the time...I calmly explained the problem
Fresh food with friendly staff. Kinda of a wait but the food was worth it. Would recommend!
Went thru drive thru we go on to our destination and I start eating my sandwich...I find a hair, at 1st I thought maybe its mine. I go to grab it and oh dear no it wasn't mine it was all wrapped in the meat (long hair) at this point in gagging (who wouldn't)
So 10 mins of her figuring out how to refund me..she was really rude considering I just brought a sandwich back with a hair in it...
Just saying
She ask the manager if she wanted to refund my whole order...the manger rudly replies it was only 1 sandwich no im not giving her all her money back
The lady was nice, offered me another sandwich. I just wanted my money back at this point. So she gets a manager (lady). She explains to the manager what the problem is...
Good food and service. Fairly quick service. Only gave 4 stars because it's expensive for fast-food.
I could have caused a scene and even told the customers coming in...but I didn't
AND THE GIRL WORKING DRIVE THRU looked like she had just got outta bed
